Flat in the Poble Sec area of Barcelona. It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It has 49 m2. Capacity for 4 people. The building does not have a lift.
The space
This bright and spacious apartment is in the heart of the vibrant Poble Sec neighbourhood!
The apartment is 49 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or small groups. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a cosy space to rest after a day exploring the city.
The living room, very spacious and bright, is the heart of the apartment. It features a dining table, a sofa, and a large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. For your comfort, the living room has air conditioning and heat pump heating.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, freezer, oven, crockery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, television and high-speed fibre optic wifi.
The complete bathroom has a modern shower and hairdryer.
The apartment is located on a second floor which is a real room, but as there is no lift, please bear in mind that access is via stairs.
Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 EUR per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.
-Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 euros.
- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00. 60 euros.
- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including the balcony.
- NO PARTIES or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.
