The apartment features 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with a shower, and accommodates up to 3 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a pleasant stay, whether you are visiting for leisure, business, or an extended stay. High-speed WiFi is also available.
Traveling with family or friends? We offer 2 additional apartments in the same building, making it an excellent option for larger groups while maintaining privacy.
The building has an elevator, although it may occasionally be out of service.

-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9,50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15,00 euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
Check-in is in person. The contact of the check-in agent will be communicated a few days prior to arrival to coordinate the time of arrival at the apartment.
The online check-in link will appear automatically in the airbnb conversation 4 days prior to arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. It will be paid on the day of arrival, or a few days before, through a card payment link, you can always pay on arrival with cash if you prefer.
Self-checkout is at 11:00. The two sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the table in the living room.
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
