Fantastic Location in Barcelona
The apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro stop. There is an elevator in the building which was great to get suitcases to apartment. The rooms were a good size and accommodated our party of six. The check in process was easy and could not have asked for a better arrangement. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

An ideal apartment
We can't fault Antonio's apartment. It is in a great location, in El Born, away from the tourist throng, near L' Eixample. It is quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine, drier and a full range of self-catering equipment. Antonio was a delightful host. He introduced us to the area when we arrived, recommending places to visit and eat. When we had a minor issue with the TV, he responded immediately. We greatly enjoyed our 19 nights in Barcelona and intend to return next year.

Kristina, I cannot understand such a low rating of your stay in my apartment when in your comments you say that everything was perfect. You even broke the door of the washing machine and I had to urgently repair it for the next guests

Perfect for a quick Barcelona Stay
The apartment is perfectly located for 3 days of sightseeing. Very roomy and clean. Beds were comfy. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance; no need for a car! Would definitely book again!

Excellent Location
Host Antonio greeted us upon arrival. The property was very clean, quiet but central. Maps said we were 10 minutes walk away from Plaza Catalunya, where our tours and La Ramblas begin, but was really only 5-6 minutes. Many choices for restaurant nearby. We enjoyed takeout several times from El Corte Ingles, which made eating in very easy.

Close to all the major sights in central area. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Antonio was very helpful on check in provided lots of helpful information. Despite being in a very busy area the apartment is very quiet. Would stay again.

Perfect Location
We loved this place. The location is absolutely perfect - between the old city (del Born) and the newer city (Eixample). We walked to just about everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, has plenty of room, and had everything we needed for our stay. What a great place to enjoy the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Great Location-Comfy Beds!
The location to this apartment was spectacular! Lovely neighborhood filled with wonderful walkable restaurants if you’re too tired by the end of the day to go out to eat or to cook :-) the beds were fantastic and gave us a comfy and quiet nights sleep every night! Definitely recommend Antonio’s place!

Comfortable, well equipped and centrally located.
The apartment was great and had everything we needed- two bedrooms two baths, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Best of all it was within walking distance to most everywhere we wanted to visit. Nice and clean too. Highly recommend.

Great location
We were very happy with the apartment. It was perfect for two couples. Clean and well equipped. Great location for us to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go, with a Metro station very close by. The owner,Antonio, was very quick to respond to any questions and was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the apartment early in the day. I would highly recommend this property

Great Time in Barcelona
My wife and I really enjoyed straying at this property during our visit to Barcelona. It's very spacious, clean and well kept. There is no street noise but it's very conveniently located near a subway entrance and there are markets nearby. Antonio was very helpful and accessible. We are planning a return.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here. It came recommended to us by a friend. The location is great and the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very helpful!! It is a walk-up and on the 4th floor. There is an elevator but it is (apparently) temperamental. We didn't have any issues with it on the rare times we used it.

Terrific accommodation!
Our stay in La Ribera was terrific! The apartment is spacious with two full baths, large kitchen and living area. The elevator was nice and the air conditioning was key while the weather was hot! Location wise, perfect! We could walk to the Gothic quarter, Born, La Rambla. Communication with Antonio was terrific, he even called a cab for us for our departure for us. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Stay!
Antonio is so lovely and wonderful to communicate with. He was prompt for check-in and ensured we not only understood the apartment but also reviewed the map and highlighted key areas to see. For check-out, he graciously helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, which was above & beyond. The actual apartment was very clean and well-stocked with basics. Three air conditioning units were a life saviour during our hot stay! As a family backpacking through Europe, the washing machine was well-utilized!! The location of the apartment made it very easy to get to almost all the major sites by foot. There were two excellent coffee shops nearby (Nomad and Syra) and a great Italian restaurant (Luigi’s). There were numerous grocery stores within minutes of the apartment and a dynamic bustling market 10-15mins away. We really enjoyed this apartment!

Property was great. The apartment was very nice and clean. Had all the amenities our family needed. The location was excellent and a couple blocks from Placa de Catalunya, so close access to the main areas. Great property in a great location
The apartment is situated in a terrific area of Barcelona. It is close to the metro and many key sights, as well as restaurants, markets etc. We found the apartment very clean and comfortable and would highly recommend - it worked perfectly for our family of four. Antonio was also very responsive to any communication and a good host.

GREAT STAY
We stayed at Antonios property in mid-March, and it was as advertised. A good street with shops/bakeries/super mercado close by. It's a 2–3-minute walk to the metro and a 10-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Picasso museum was 12 minutes and the Barri Gotic was a 5-minute walk. A great location. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for my family with two small balconies. The kitchen was great and learning to use the stovetop coffee maker was worth it. Good sized bathrooms with both bedrooms made mornings very easy. The apartment had a lift, and our place was really quiet on the 4th floor. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to take a great Barcelona trip.

I have not been able to meet Vince and his family because I was not in Barcelona, but we have easily communicated through Airbnb. They have been very careful with my apartment and have left clean and tidy. They have also complied with established house rules. It would be a pleasure to host them again in my apartment on their next visit to Barcelona.

Best location while visiting Barcelona
My son is studying abroad and we preferred an apartment to a hotel while visiting. We were very comfortable in Antonio’s lovely sunny 2bd 2 bath apartment. The apartment was perfectly located, near his IES classes and only 3 blocks to Plaza Catalunya. We were able to walk everywhere! There is a small grocery store across the street and several bakeries nearby to get coffee and pastries. I found Pilates and yoga studios nearby to get a early workout in while the others slept in. Antonio was very responsive and gracious to our requests. I highly recommend this apartment. We had a wonderful visit. Only suggestion would be to provide a few more adaptors and maybe a hair dryer. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

My family of four just returned from our trip to Barcelona. Antonio's apartment was just as it appeared online. It was in an excellent location, and we loved the sweet and safe street! Lovely Barcelona
We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The location of this property made it very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go by metro. If you prefer taxis, there was a stand at the end of the block. The host was accommodating and the unit was set up perfectly for two couples. A little balcony gave us a place to chat the few times we were not out and about. Only recommendation is to have an American style coffee pot.

A perfect location in Barcelona!
Had a lovely time in Barcelona. Location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very quite. Loved the outdoor patio. If I had one comment for improvement it would be a coffee maker would be nice, however we did learn how to use mocha pot which was a fun adventure. Thank you again Antonio!

Great Location
This was our first stop on our trip to Spain. The apartment was in a good location - very close to a Metro stop and directly across the street from a supermarket . We were able to walk to many of the sights and restaurants nearby. The apartment had a/c in every room and was perfect for 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time in Barcelona and would definitely come back.

Excellent Location and Apartment for Exploring Barcelona
One of the best decisions we made for our trip to Barcelona was staying in Antonio's apartment. Let me summarize the benefits of staying here: 1. Short walk (<1 block) to Urquinanoa station, 10 mins to Plaza Catalunya. 2. Use Locker Barcelona (3 blocks away) to store luggage until ckeck-in. 3. Access apartment from airport via metro (4.60 Euros, 40 mins), Aerobus or taxi. We used the metro. 4. Supermarket (Mercadona) 2 blocks away. 5. Easy to visit all the attractions in Barcelona. 6. Apartment was clean and had an updated interior. 7. A/C available in all rooms. This was helpful because it got very hot during the summer. Antonio was a gracious and helpful host. The washing machine and two bed/two bath in the apartment was more than adequate for our family of two adults and two children. The apartments in the Barcelona are smaller than the ones in typical American cities (except maybe in NYC), but that's no problem for us. We absolutely loved our stay.

Amazing apartment!
This was an absolutely amazing apartment walking distance to everything south and a metro line 1/2 block away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for four people. Antonio was very helpful and accommodating our late arrival time. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Barcelona.

Excellent location, spacious, perfect base for Barcelona
Ample room for our family of 4, comfy beds, full of basic amenities - iron board, washer are pluses. A couple more towels and softer ones would be great. Grocery store across the street, 3 bakeries and metro 1 block away. 2 blocks to La Ramblas, Passeig de Garcia. A perfect hub for our 1 week stay in BCN.

Anna met us at the apartment and gave us wonderful recommendations and advise which we used from the get go. The location could not have been better for our 4 day visit...close walking proximity to great restaurants, groceries, shopping, taxi/metro, must-see sites; the list is endless. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including umbrellas which came in very handy on our 1 rainy day. We enjoyed Barcelona very much and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was ideal, blocks to main plaza, concert hall and Gothic Quarter. Stored luggage in Locker Barcelona, 2 blocks from apartment until 4 pm check in as recommended by Antonio by e-mail correspondence. Anna was excellent in the check in process. Besides meeting us on time and showing the unit, she took time to share some of her local knowledge of Barcelona. Unit was comfortable for 4 adults with 2/2 configuration. Kitchen had everything we needed. Small balconies pleasant on cool evenings. Able to stream on Wi-fi without difficulty. Large supermarket across street, very convenient. Able to get taxis right outside door. (Minor issue; Each adult had one bath and hand towel for the week. There is no dryer, line-drying is the norm this part of Europe. When clothes washing, be aware of the upcoming weather report. If it rains as it did during our midweek, towels may not dry on provided clothes line in time for use. Not a big deal.) Would highly recommend this unit for its great and convenient location, comfort and good communication with owner Antonio and manager Anna.

Lovely stay with two young children
The apartment was wonderful! We were traveling with a 6-year-old and an 8-year old and were within easy walking distance to not only sites but to public transportation and restaurants. There's a very nice grocery directly across the streets. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. We would recommend Antonio's apartment to anyone :)

Great property Great location
Upon arrival in Barcelona we learned of a demonstration which was blocking many major streets. By cab from the airport we notified the owner (Antonio) of our delay and the told us not to worry that his representative would wait for us at the apartment. When we finally arrived we were cordially greeted and provide with a wealth of personal information regarding the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment is ideally located a half block from a Metro Station and a couple more blocks from Placa Catalunya. There are groceries available in the same block as the apartment and several cafes/restaurants. The layout of the apartment is ideal for 4 with two bedrooms each ensuite with full bath. The living-dining-kitchen is very large and useable. All appliances are quite new and fully operational. Overall I can highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Barcelona.
