Great location in Barcelona

The location of this apartment makes it great. Just a block from the Sagrada Famillia and the bus stop just outside the front door has service to Plaça de Catalunya, where many tours and experiences leave from. Easy initial access using codes for the building and front door, and keys were left inside for use after that. It would have been nice to have a second set of keys (all of our other apartments had two sets) and also a picture of the can where the trash goes outside - we're still not sure we got it in the right place :)Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a group that needs three bedrooms in Barcelona. The space worked very well overall.

Almost Perfect

The location is fantastic!! The Sagrada Familia is right there and you'll find several great restaurants and cafes all around. There is a lift, which we were grateful for, as we sent the luggage up. Things to be aware of: The listing indicates that there are fans, no air conditioning. This may have been ok for a few days, but a member of my party was taken ill and the heat was unbearable for them under those circumstances. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, but if you're unwell or find that you are affected by the heat, then you may struggle. We also read that there would be a remote for the fan and lights in every room, but only one remote could be found. This was surmountable, as we left the fans on and every room had small lamps on the bedside tables. The only other thing I'd say is that there was only one roll of toilet paper. As there were four of us for four nights, I'd have expected there to be several rolls. This is a minor detail, and we were able to quickly pop across the road to a shop to buy some, but it's not something I've come across using vrbo or accommodation rentals in the past.

Séjour très agréable

Le séjour a été très agréable : heureusement il y avait des ventilateurs dans les chambres ce qui permet des nuits plus fraîches en été ! Seul bémol, la cuisine n’était pas adapté pour huit : il n’y avait qu’une petite casserole et une petite poêle. En tout cas, je recommande ce logement qui reste très bien pour un séjour, d’autant plus qu’il est très bien situé !

Numa próxima visita à cidade, este será novamente uma das possibilidades para a estadia.

Good, not great - don’t book this in the summer..

The location is great - a short walk to subway or local sights.. expect to leave the immediate area if you want to eat good food as the immediate area is all just OK tourist restaurants (that we could find anyway). The flat was good, but of course there is no A/C - we knew this going in, but didn’t think it would be nearing 35c… the issue then becomes that the master bedroom is on a busy street with noise 24 hours a day. Earplugs or noise cancelling headphones are the only way to keep the windows open and sleep in here. The other 3 bedrooms are off the main hall and aside from a ceiling fan have no circulation… so our daughter slept in the living room at the opposite end of the flat, where there is a restaurant with loud music until early in the morning. Again, if it isn’t so hot, you can close the windows and the place itself is good.. again, not great. At other rentals usually there are basic amenities like salt, pepper, or sometimes laundry soap… there was 1 box of tea bags, that was it - so just be advised. We left behind salt, pepper, and olive oil all in individual packets - hopefully the cleaning staff didn’t take them. There’s no instructions on how to operate anything other than the ceiling fan and advertisements from the management company about luggage assistance and storage - no wifi instructions, nothing on how to operate the stove.. you are left to ask or figure it out for yourself. We asked on the last day if there was a lighter for the stove as it didn’t auto light, that message was never responded to.. we went out and bought matches, which worked great - also left those behind for the next guests.

The location was perfect, right near Sagrada Família. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the metro station is very close as well. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was very convenient (it is done remotely with no contact), and communication with the hosts was good as well.
