Disgraceful

The apartment we were allocated was not as shown on your web site. It was cramped and certainly not spacious. Total area was less than 20 square metres, The fridge was dirty and the wall paper coming away in the bedroom. Not enough room to walk down the side of the bed we had to crawl into the bed. How this could possibly be accommodation for 3 people is impossible to imagine. There was no balcony as shown on the website. All together total unacceptable for a Christmas holiday.

Truly charming. Our attic suite was exactly what we wished for - private, unique, and near a lot of great things to see and places to eat. It wasnt just another generic hotel room, it really felt like home.

Great apartment.

Spotlessly clean accommodation in an excellent location. Spacious and well equipped, was perfect city vreak location for a family of four. Quality linen, towels, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Meters from metro, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets and walking distance from most main attractions.

The location was fantastic. It was close to some very good restaurants and not far from gothic quarter and La Boqueria. The apartment was clean and a very nice size. The service was not great though. There was no one to meet us at check-in and I had to go through several emails to find the access code to the front door. The directions sent beforehand were not great.

When we landed we rang the apartment number and where told our apartment was ready and jesus would be there to meet us. He explained at the everything we needed to know about the room and the local area and a number to ring if needed. The apartment itself was medium sized, clean and everything you needed. The veranda was excellent after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood was safe and my children absolutely loved it. Stay here

住得很克難

沙發床非常難睡，住進去也有杯子是髒的。另外，我們是三個人卻只給兩條被子和兩個小毛巾（大毛巾是足夠的）衛生紙和咖啡也非常少，我們還要出去買，也沒有烘衣機和洗衣粉，與上一家公寓式旅店實在是差太多了！

Room for improvement

The check in and check out process were quick and efficient. We were allowed to enter the property before the check in time and Aspasios kept our luggages safe after checking out as the flight was late in the afternoon. Communication was quick and effective. The flat had all the essential facilities and was conveniently located. The property was tastefully designed and furnished. WIFI worked well. On the negative side cleanliness was rather poor, the floor had not been washed for ages and so the carpets. The flat we stayed in needed to be redecorated as the wall were rather dirty.

카탈루냐 광장과는 떨어져 있으며 5일을 묵었지만 어매너티나 수건의 교환이 없습니다 따로 지불을 해야 합니다 물론 청소도 없었습니다 체크인도 프론트가 없어서 8시 정도에 도착했지만 출발전에 메일로 체크인 방법에 대해 문의를 하였지만 직접 통화를 해야만 했습니다 아스파지오ㅡ옥상ㅡ의 경우 테라스가 넓은 반면 거실과 방, 욕실이 그만큼 작았습니다 보증금은 귀국후 일주일까지 환불이 되어 결국 메일로 연락을 해야만 했습니다 3일 이상 아이들과 가족으로 아스파지오 층에 머무르는 것은 추전하지 않습니다
