A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Perfect for any 2SLGTBQ+ visitor. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is divine. Some minor quibbles: since the lobby is below street level a ramp for luggage would be helpful. In the rooms, wall hooks to hang bath towels and folding luggage racks to store suitcases would be helpful.

My friend and I had THE best experiences staying at this hotel , from the initial greeting and supreme help from the welcoming concierge to the bartender on the top deck making best drinks and fun conversation. The vibe and the amenities rocked and the area is lovely and Lively as you like or relaxing as needed . We are recommending and returning asap. Thank you for a wonderful stay with you - hope to see you again - xoxo Angela G & Mike T

Excellent stay in a great location in Barcelona. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the evening show, and there were many fun and friendly people at the party. Highly recommended!

I stayed for two nights, was very impressed with hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Joquin on reception, I asked him if he could point me in the direction for breakfast, he personally took me to the restaurant, and carried my suitcase for me when I checked out. As I only stayed for two nights I put the do not disturb sign on the door as the room was fine, the cleaning lady was so nice, she came and asked if I needed any fresh towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice rooftop. But- the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on and aircon struggled to keep the room cool. Overall fine but wouldn't stay again. More of a 3 star hotel than the proclaimed 4.
