Located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados, this beautifully renovated apartment offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort — a relaxing retreat for families, couples, or business travelers looking to experience Barcelona like a local.

Situated in a classic Catalan building with original character, the apartment features a contemporary, cozy design across its 89 square meters, offering a bright, stylish, and functional living space for up to 4 guests.

Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
