Beautiful apartment on the beach near Barcelona

  • Located in Cabrera de Mar, in a coastal town 20 km from Barcelona city. Direct train from the center of Barcelona (25 minutes by train). The apartment is on the seafront, to access the beach there is a private passage. It is close to the Cabrera de Mar station (10 min on foot), supermarkets, Burger King, restaurant in the same urbanization, close to Mataró city and the commercial center of Mataró (5 min by car). Private parking, community pool, gym. 24 hour surveillance. Take into account that to enjoy the magnificent view you have to go up to the 4th floor (there is no elevator).
