The was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful in every way possible. The breakfast really needs to be upgraded, the quality of bread and pastries was very low, the tables were not very clean.

This hotel was okay and is a two or three star hotel in my view. The beds were good and we did get good sleep here. We had some nights with noise from the street below as it is located on a busy street. The wifi could use an upgrade as it is spotty at times. Breakfast is ok too. The showers could use some renovation as the drainage isn’t great and the shower heads are rather worn out. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was very convenient and lots of places walkable.

The pictures online make it look nicer than what it actually is. We got there and felt like it wasn’t clean enough and we ended up leaving and going to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly. They do offer luggage storage but there are no options for early checkin. We had better luck elsewhere. If you aren’t a super picky person, you may really enjoy this hotel especially it’s location, but the person I was with is a stickler for cleanliness and did not feel comfortable here so we left

Dark Room
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and my room were clean, modern and stylish. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that my room was so dark. The window looked out to a very deep, long and high air shaft so no light at all was coming into the room. I feel this should have been compensated with a ceiling light at the very least. Instead, there were two dim lamps in the room. Not great for the mornings or the daytime in general when you just want some light to lift your spirits. Fine for the evening time, but it just felt like night time all through the day. Not good. Room 303. Other than this specific issue, everything else was great.

We can do nothing to change this situation, but recommend rooms like yours to guests essentially seeking peace and quiet. The staff were very very helpful. We stayed with an infant and they were so accommodating, they let us borrow a stroller and had a pack and play crib for us to use. Great location as well!

It was indeed casual, nicely located near restaurants and I find Barcelona fairly walkable. Lots of transport links with buses too. However the room I was given had an internal facing window making it very dark and not pleasant. It was very small as shown in some pictures and reminded me of university accommodation, but this is fine as it keeps costs low. I also experienced significant Wifi issues (may be related to the internal window). The staff tried to fix it and this didn't work. What I did not like is that they did not offer compensation for this and did not seem proactive in helping although they had been friendly before. Expedia did provide a £25 coupon for me, but I was not pleased that the hotel refused compensation on their side. The hotel also lacks common amenities like a bar or pool, so do be aware of that!

This was a great hotel to stay in. Besides our bathroom shower not draining, and room having no view, the room was bright and large. The area was safe, super convenient for those who like to travel and explore by metro and bus, and is situated next to a great coffee shop. Great hotel for the price.

A revelation!
This hotel was a revelation. I really like its concept and messaging, daily inspirational quotes left on pillows and post-its. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower, very satisfying breakfast buffet as well. Before arriving, I was concerned about the location being far from the usual tourist action and nightlife. That was not a problem at all. Within steps from the hotel one could find a bus (of multitudes) to go anywhere in the city apart from being a 15 minute walk from Sants train station. I believe this May be my new go-to hotel in Barcelona.

The location was good, with walkable options. The first night we had no air conditioning or hot water. They charge for using the safe, but it's a key lock instead of combination that you choose, so that didn't seem safe at all.

Nice hotel
It's a nice hotel. Buses are just next to the hotel. Metro is in 10-min walking. Hotel and room are small but staffs are nice and room is clean and comfy. I am ok with but TV doesn't work and shower head is loose. I did report them at check out

No Daylight, but good service. Decide yourself!
The hotel and employees were nice. The only thing is the room has no window that can see the outside so I couldn't take fresh air or couldn't see the daylight during my trip. Also only one plug socket in the room, so it's difficult to decide which electronic stuff will be charged.

Lovely rooms
We loved the hotel. Modern rooms, nicely decorated and quite spacious for Barcelona standards. It has a comfy bed and pillows, q mini fridge and good shower pressure, which is always a plus. Staff was friendly and very helpful with our requests. We were travelling with a 3 month-old baby and they were accommodating to our needs. We’ll come back.

Good hotel
Elcellent staff, good location and confortable, the only down side is that the ac does not get very cold and we had a couple of bathroom problems but they where addressed by the staff with out problems.

Room was tiny which is fine when it's done well. Some shelves might have helped in the bathroom or sewhere to out hygiene items. Also, the cleaning crew broke my adapter. Everything was fine when I left for the day and when I returned, part of the adapter was on the floor, under the bed and the rest of it still attached to my laptop cord on the chair. Lesson learned -dont have them clean or make sure to put all belongings away before allowing cleaning. Otherwise, hotel was adequate and staff was friendly

Awesome staff and convenient spot
The hotel is modern and well cared for. The staff is fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel is a short walk to the main train station, neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can walk to FC Barcelona games, longer walk to the La Rambla (30 minutes) but plenty of things along the way.

The property is ok if you just want a clean place to stay in a off the beaten path yet easily accessible area. Unfortunately items like the safe are "extra" and since I was told by the front desk attendant that "I shouldn't worry" I didn't add the safe to my account and guess what? A pair of Majorica pearls disappeared from inside my jewelry pouch inside the closet. I communicated the incident to the front desk but it didn't go anywhere. The pearls went missing for good....VERY DISSAPOINTING.

This hotel is quite good in term of staff service, location and interior. The only downside I experienced was the noise isolation was not good. Perhaps, they should add a sign to guest not to speak or laugh at night after 12am

Nice stay
A nice hotel located in good area of Barcelona. Only had one issue with the bathroom door but reception came straight away and was fixed within minutes. Couple of staff could do with a better understanding of barcelonas transport as we asked about getting to airport and they said taxi as no other way to get there for 8:30 on Saturday morning. I looked myself and there was several different ways.

Good service, comfortable beds and the property was very clean. However we were disappointed that there was no laundry service as advertised - instead the desk suggested we take our clothes to a laundromat to wash them ourselves. Breakfast buffet was good but they ran out of eggs every day - my husband only tasted eggs once during our 5 days there. Location was a bit out of the way from good restaurants and any of the sights.

We are not in the center of the city, we are in a more quiet district of Barcelona but near we have some good restaurants, sorry if we did not inform you about them. Very helpful staff. Well-kept, family-friendly rooms. 30-min walk to Camp Nou, 40-min walk to Sagrada Familia, area served by several transit routes.
