We stayed here for 5 days - it was fantastic in every way. Location is perfect for walking around Barcelona or catching transportation for day trips, etc. The hotel itself is wonderful - we had a balcony - perfect for sitting out in the evening and listening to Barcelona. Lots of restaurants in walking distance - would definitely stay here again.

Property was lovely but had hard time finding restaurants/Outdoor restaurants that appealed. Saturday morning was a struggle to find someplace for breakfast other than hotel.

Impressive efforts at keeping the property clean: the staff even washed the floors with lavender water. The pool is very small and more importantly the water is not heated so we were unable to use it in late-March weather

Enjoyable stay. Close to stop for hop on hop off (West side) bus and Sagrada Familia. (17 minute walk). A bit loud on the street but slept well with windows closed and AC on. Rooms very clean and nicely appointed. Did not use breakfast bar as was too expensive. Lots of nice bakeries close by with delicious assortment of pastries etc. We arrived early after a cruise and hotel kept our luggage while we went and explored the city.

El servicio del personal en el restaurante no me agradó , pues me estuvieron fiscalizando i tenia incluido el desayuno de una manera demasiado incómoda. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado , solo calefacción. Me prestaron un ventilador destartalado que no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás, bien el hotel. Pero buscaría otro para una próxima ocasión.

The front desk staff was kind enough to put me.on the first floor next to a nightclub. Terrible sleeps wirh bad techno until 430am and chattering in the courtyard.

Great hotel. A little noice cancelling
The hotel is very nice and very well situated in Eixample. You can walk to La Pedrera, La sagrada Familia, Paseig de Gracia, Several markets and great restaurants. The staff is wonderful, especially Roberto at reception. No parking and the closest one is expensive but that is all over Barcelona. We had several noisy “ugly american” types in neighboring rooms who came in drunk and loud every night. This was terrible as the doors are a bit loud and with inconsiderate people…. Even when the staff sent them a letter and came to the hallway… it is impossible

The hotel was in a great location. It was close and walking distance Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. There are lots of restaurants & delicious bakeries nearby as well as 2 24 hour convenient stores. All of the front desk staff members were kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is also delicious. They have a big selection that is sure to please everyone.

Vincent, thank you for to share your experience with us but I want to clarify that from the hotel there are two subway stations, only 5 minutes walking, Diagonal station, line 3 and 5 and only two stopps from cataunya Square, and Verdaguer station, line 4. Regards

The property was in a great location. It was within walking distance of some of the main attractions without being right in the center of all the action. It was also near multiple metro stops. Room was small but clean. My one complaint was that my flight was cancelled so I missed my first night at the hotel. I asked if there was any way I could get even a partial refund but they said it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with the airline.
