Modern,sunny and charming 110 m2 top flat with seaview, 10 minutes walking to the beach and train station and very close to Barcelona ( 20 minutes by train to city center). South oriented in a relaxing and peaceful area.

Perfect for families with children and group of friends.

2 private terraces ( one over the apartment and accessible by inner staircase). Both equipped with: chairs, tables, sunbeds, umbrellas and a water hose.

3 bedrooms ( all with sea views), great dinning room with snooker.

2 complete bathrooms( one of them 'suite' designed with round shaped bath).

Full kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso, bread toaster and smoke extractor.

Located in area with all main services: supermarket, restaurants, bakery, meat shop,fruit shop, hairdressing, ATM's, gardens, etc.

Available for 6 people in bed + 1 air bed
