Wonderful stay at Barcelona
We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment! The host was great and quickly answered all our questions before our arrival, and the check in process with Alex was great! We also checked in earlier than scheduled with no problem. The property itself is exactly as seen in the photos, clean, with a nice view and just 2 minutes from Sagrada Família. The area around is very lively and there are supermarkets and souvenirs shops literally next to the apartment. Overall great experience and definitely would recommend or book again

Great Base For Touring
Great location in Barcelona. Close to the metro and all amenities. Had 2 children and 2 adults. The only downside was the garbage and recycling bins were right outside the balcony and was very loud at all hours of the night.

Ich hatte "das Objekt" in Barcelona telefonisch bei Fe-Wo-direkt storniert, da innerhalb einiger Monate keine Rechnung oder weitere Infos eingetroffen sind. Mir wurde die kostenfreie Stornierung telefonisch von Fe-Wo-direkt bestätigt. Inzwischen wurde mir jedoch der volle Betrag durch eine spanische Abrechnungsfirma von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, während ich in der Ersatzwohnung Urlaub gemacht habe. Nach weiteren mühsamen Telefongesprächen habe ich leider wenig Hoffnung, dass ich das Geld wiedersehe. Fe-Wo-direkt ist der Ansicht, das ist Sache der spanischen Agentur - und man darf ja meine Kreditkarte gar nicht belasten! So schafft man Kundenbindung. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ähnliche Erfahrungen? As apartmttn owners, we never received any cancellation from your agency, therefore for us it was totally "alive". The final result was a no show and, as a consequence, the booking was charged (that's why you gave your credit card, to avoid this kind of incidences). I'm afraid you should complain to your agency and ask why this cancellation was not forwarded

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit Flair. Einchecken unkompliziert mit einem sehr freundlichen Ansprechpartner. Lage direkt an der Sagrada Familia ist einfach einmalig. Einziges Manko sind die Abfallbehälter direkt vor dem Haus die zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit befüllt und geleert werden. Vor allem beim Flaschenkontainer war das nachts oder früh morgens sehr schlafraubend. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
