Perfect location

We loved this apartment. The space was exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend sleeping in the interior bedroom if you are a light sleeper rather than the bedroom with windows to the street. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace for coffee and breakfast every day. The neighborhood was delightful and very conveniently located within Barcelona.

Great location, great apartment

This is a great apartment overall. One bedroom is quite large and the other is quite small, but with some nice natural light. The kitchen is a galley but very serviceable, and the closet space is amazing. The patio is truly fantastic. Unfortunately, it rained a lot the week we were there so could not use it. That meant we had to use the small fold out dining room table and chairs, which is fine, but adds another couple of steps. They are small folding chairs. Four adults might be crowded. We had to have cell service to open the front door the first time, but once we got on the wi-fi, we were able to use that to unlock the exterior and interior doors. The neighborhood is amazing, with tons of cafes and bakeries.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de garage sécurise. J’ai retrouvé mon véhicule avec une vitre cassée. J’avais pourtant suivi les conseils du loueur et n’avais rien laissé à l’intérieur du véhicule ! Le logement très fonctionnel est parfait pour une famille 4 adultes ou 2 adolescents et 2 adultes, situé à proximité de la plage et de la gare.

It's a fantastic place to stay. We stayed for a week 3 people and a baby. You will have to carry the stroller up the stairs as there is no room to leave it at the bottom, but fortunately it is only up one short flight of stairs, and the person not carrying the stroller can open the door via the key app on their phone so you have your hands free. The apartment is located close to a nice square and Gracia is an amazing neighborhood. Each evening we would go out and even though the restaurants are small, they had no problem with us bringing a sleeping baby in a stroller and where very accommodating. This is definitely not the last time we have travelled to Barcelona with kids and we look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay! What a great apartment! I was so pleased with the space; everything we needed from cookware to washing machine detergent to a tea kettle was there. The place was very clean and updated. The back terrace was so lovely that even in January we ate outside to enjoy the ambience. The location was wonderful, very quick to get everywhere we wanted to visit and felt safe always. It could get a little noisy at night but never so much that it bothered us. Highly recommended!

Stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! Location close to La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, just around the corner a lovely square where we were having breakfast every morning and beer and tapas every evening. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean with a perfect terrace. And communication with Alejandro without any troubles. Fast and with a lot of details and information. I highly recommend this place :)
