Enjoy Barcelona in a nice 2-bedroom apartment.

Located on a semi-pedestrian street, very quiet at night and just 4 minutes walk from the metro. The apartment is all exterior and has a fantastic kitchen where you can enjoy cooking fresh food.



It consists of: -1 large bedroom (with extra-large bed 180x190cm, chest of drawers, clothes rack). -1 small bedroom (with 2 beds 90x190, without wardrobe). -1 Kitchen open to the living room in the same room. -1 Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. -1 entrance hall.

Apartment equipped with: - Sheets and towels for all guests. - WI-FI Internet. - Express coffee maker; Microwave with grill; Electric oven; Dishwasher; Refrigerator; Freezer; Kitchen utensils for cooking. - The apartment does NOT have a WASHING MACHINE. - The building does NOT have an ELEVATOR and is a real 3rd floor that is easy to climb.

This apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your arrival.

-GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED. -We ask that you respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. -Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -Pets under 10kg are allowed upon request (additional 20€).

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record arguments but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed the noise may be sanctioned with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.

Regular check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., after 8:00 p.m. there will be an extra cost of €30 for late arrival, after midnight €50, after 1:00 a.m. it is an additional €10 per extra hour. Check-in on Sundays and holidays has an extra cost of €30.

Barcelona tourist tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
