All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (cold/heat) and free high-speed WiFi. Additionally, there are flat-screen Smart TVs with international channels and a safety deposit box. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed sheets, and a hairdryer are included.

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are some basic rules:



- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- No more people shall stay in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
