    Cozy 53 m² apartment for 4 guests, next to Plaza España

    Enjoy a comfortable stay in this modern and functional apartment, ideal
    for families or small groups. It features two double bedrooms and two
    full bathrooms with showers, providing privacy and comfort for all
    guests.

    The fully equipped open kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during
    your stay. The living room and bedrooms have independent air
    conditioning units (3 splits), ensuring a pleasant temperature all year
    round.

    The building has an elevator, making access easy. Plus, its excellent
    location next to Plaza España gives you great access to public
    transport, restaurants, shops, and city attractions.

    A perfect choice for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a
    practical space in Barcelona.

    Please take note of the following important information before booking:

    - Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however,
    replacement or change during the stay is not included.

    - Baby cot:

    Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request
    it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

    -Additional guest:

    Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
    per night.

    -Late arrival:

    Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

    - SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
    complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
    immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
    Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

    - NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
    intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
    police fine)

    bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

    A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
    museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
    popular for its night-time light and water show.

    Excellent connections

    The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
    attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
    historic centre.

    This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or

    The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts,

    of our tourist apartments.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Good value for the money, in a good location. The check in requires a person, rather than a key code, so is limited to when they are available. It is very nice that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The small kitchen is well-appointed. As it is on the second floor, there is a decent amount of street noise that can be heard in the apartment.
