Dear guest, firs, we are very sorry to hear that we did not reach your expectations for your stay here with us. We would like to ask you to maybe contact us directly by email if you do not wish to publish your details here but, we are unable to know exactly what your problems were without knowing the room you stayed at and when. We are very surprised with your review as we had no knowledge of any guest being unhappy, nobody commented during the stay or departure anything like you mention here. We are a hotel, a green eco, sustainable hotel, a hostel has rooms sharing with strangers and public bathrooms. All our rooms are private and en-suite. The hotel was restored in 2014 with recovered furniture (you may meant this with old?). We are also proud to say that we have a 9,2 mark in Expedia, 4,7 over 5 for staff and service so, neutral would not be acceptable for us. If we knew the staff you meant, we could maybe see if there is anything needed to be said. Regarding the ac in the lobby, if we knew the date we could go back and see if there was any specific problem then as we have had our reception aircon in perfect working condition all season. Not having TV at some room types is a choice of the owner, keeping noise levels down and saving energy. TV can be found at our apartments and Deluxe rooms, this is mentioned in all our sites on the room descriptions. We are pleased that you found the location useful for your visit.
