We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Gem in Barcelona

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch all the action down below. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and beaches.

A Gem in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating, the apartment was clean and nicely appointed, and the location was fantastic. Excellent property to rent for a stay in Barcelona. Right on the edge of the gothic quarter it provides an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants as well as right down the street from Las Ramblas. Size was perfect for my family of 5, well appointed with quality furniture and most everything you might need for a stay, and the property gets great sunlight as well! Would almost certainly stay here again if I get another opportunity to visit Barcelona…

Best Location in Barcelona

This was a wonderful apartment and the location was excellent. It was walking distance to the beach and countless restaurants and shops all around. The neighborhood was exactly what you pictured for a European city (cobblestone streets, tapas restaurants, cute shops). The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were exactly like the pictures. We are a family of 4 adults and found there to be plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Wonderful. Manuel was very responsive to all my per-arrival questions and George welcomed us to the apartment as soon as we arrived in Barcelona. He too was very nice! Great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Barcelona.

Overall impression: excellent communication with Manuel and assistant, facility was as advertised. Excellent location, easy walk to the waterfront and great restaurants. Very easy to hail a cab to/from other destinations and the airport.

Lovely oasis

A very comfortable and well located property. Importantly it is quiet. Also on the promenade and the Gothic quarter. We stayed a week and only used a cab for Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Beautiful apartment near shopping, restaurants and activities!

This was a lovely apartment located conveniently near all of the attractions! There was a lovely balcony, plus a comfortable spot to relax indoors. Our family (2 couples) enjoyed the location and proximity to multiple dining venues. There is also a supermarket located a 2 minute walk from the apartment! So convenient. Perfect location and apartment in Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. It is on a busy street, close to everything but the apartment itself is very quiet. The host communicated with us through the entire process and after our plane was delayed, he made sure a representative was available to meet us right away. The apartment is large and perfect for 2 couples as the position of the bedrooms gives everyone their own space. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in one of the best locations of Barcelona. It’s clean and spacious. Has many amenities such as wifi, a/c, laundry, balconies and international TV. Does not have a parking facility. Owner and manager were extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with. Happy with the rental.

Comfortable launch point

The apartment was the comfortable spacious place we were hoping for. Our trip was a mix of go-go-go, and also relax, so it was perfect for the relax part. We were traveling with a friend and appreciated feeling like there were separate parts of the home so we could retreat to our own spaces. It was also well tricked out with little smart devices and sensors, and touch controls for lights. Not critical, but a nice surprise. Also a great little kitchen for some at home meals.

Fantastic Host

I have stayed in numerous short term rentals. Never have I had a host that went to the extreme to answer all of your questions,and was so concerned with your happiness and enjoyment during your stay. The residence is in an ideal location and is definitely as listed. When we gave Manual our arrival details,he was very Buick to offer a change in train station stops that was much more convenient than our original. I can’t say enough about the hosts genuine concern for your enjoyment during your stay with him.
