  • Located in El Masnou, this spectacular 125 m² duplex penthouse on the second floor accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Perfect for families, one bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas radiator heating throughout, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, fan, and a spacious work area with direct access to the terrace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



    Step out onto your private terrace, furnished with 2 loungers, dining table, sunshade, and a private jacuzzi for your relaxation. Use of the jacuzzi is not permitted after 10 pm. Noise, loud music, and any kind of parties are strictly prohibited on the property.



    A shared parking space is included for a small car and motorcycle. Vehicles exceeding the marked white lines must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events permitted; this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, so noise and loud music are forbidden after 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 years old. There is no elevator in the building.



    The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away. El Masnou offers a beach, marina, and excellent dining options. Public transport is very close. Bus and train zone: 2.
