  • Welcome to Felix Apartment, your home in the heart of Barcelona’s historic center! Located in the iconic Ciutat Vella, our 70 m² apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the city. With space for up to 6 guests, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends over 25 years old.



    Enjoy a comfortable and functional space: fully equipped kitchen (coffee makers, oven, microwave), high-speed WiFi, TV, and climate control (A/C and heating in the living room and one bedroom; fans in the others). We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. Please note: the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, but there are no steps inside.



    Your oasis above the city: the highlight is our shared rooftop terrace. This solarium with a shower is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and enjoying unique views of central Barcelona.



    Important: Parties are not allowed. Terrace use is prohibited after 10 p.m. Guests under 25 are not permitted. If there are neighbor complaints, you must leave the apartment and your reservation will be canceled. Room Monitor on the property measures noise levels only; it does not record conversations.
