Modern, beautiful house "Ginesteres". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Argentona, in a quiet position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.). Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Bus stop "Les Ginesteres" 900 m, railway station "Mataró" 8 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 34 km, Serralada del Litoral, La Roca Village 11 km, Costa Brava 46 km, Aquapark 9 km. Hiking paths: Serralada del Litoral 200 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. On the lower level of the plot there is a small apartment with private entrance and the main apartment is on an upper level of the land without a view to the house.

Walk-through room, open with 1 double sofabed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Es un lugar muy recomendable, cómodo y con excelentes vistas donde pasar unos días desconectado del mundo y en contacto con la naturaleza. La casa es verdaderamente preciosa, así como el lugar. Es muy recomendable tener vehículo, para poder desplazarse, pues no hay transporte público.

Maison moderne et confortable. Convient à un couple avec deux enfants. La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement splendide. Sans oublier les couchers de soleil ! C'est un petit cocon qui invite à la détente. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets.Seul petit hic, la piscine est un peu fraîche.
