  • Welcome to our cosy apartment in the heart of the Gràcia neighbourhood! This charming two-bedroom flat is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and authentic stay in Barcelona.



    The apartment features two bedrooms equipped with double beds, a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. With a surface area of 60 square metres, the space is designed for you to feel at home.



    The flat is located in an old building with a narrow entrance staircase and no lift (1st floor).



    There are two interior bedrooms:

    A bedroom with a window overlooking the building's staircase.

    A bedroom with a window overlooking a room.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking.
