With space for 10 guests and 5 bedrooms, it's perfect for families or groups. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a desk. The main floor offers another double bedroom, a children's room with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the garden, barbecue, children's area, vegetable garden, and chicken coop. Upstairs, you'll find two single bedrooms each with a trundle bed and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The house features heating throughout, air conditioning in the living room and upstairs hallway, a fireplace in the living room, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Enjoy Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, video games, ping-pong, and mountain views. Self check-in is available, and there is parking for 2 cars on the property and free street parking.



The neighborhood offers paddle courts, a restaurant, and pools with slides for children. Just 12 minutes' walk away is Cardedeu's center, with shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, a health center, pharmacies, and more. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling routes (Montseny, Turó de l'Home, Santa Fe, Pantano de Vallforners, Serralada del Corredor y Montnegre). There is space to store bikes. The house is surrounded by fields and walking trails. Cardedeu train station is a 15-minute walk, with connections to Barcelona and Girona. La Roca Village is only 10 minutes by car, and Cardedeu is easily reached by bus.



You can care for our hens, collect fresh eggs, tend the vegetable garden in season, and relax in the sunbathing area by the pool with outdoor shower.
