Staff was not too helpfully, room was dirty and the roof paint was coming out. The bathroom tub had fungi around the interface with the wall.

Estaba a precio razonable para lo que era. Pero ya el estar lejos de muchas cosas y el hecho de que tienen un problema enorme con el aire condicionado que no funciona ni se puede controlar. Estuvo demasiado caluroso y me dijeron que no se puede hacer nada.

Need 24 hours check in. Very hard to identify the hotel. There is very small sign board and I have to ask the people to find the hotel. I took metro to reach there. If I went there at night, I would be no where and wandering around.

Not worth it. Pay more for better.
The outside of the hotel should have been a sign that it wasn't gonna be good. Bad looking street view lead to a make shift lobby with a single desk and laptop for check-in. The gal working the front was friendly and super helpful but that was the best part. The room was decent size and beds were ok but upon opening the mini fridge, there was mold all over it. No way i was gonna store my stuff in there.

The room was clean and nice. Really liked the hotel and especially the staff was very helpful. The only thing is the pool is still closed and will open in july however when discussed with the hotel they showed great hospitality. Would definitely recommend!!!

Does not look anything like it’s pictures. Pool was absolutely filthy and the room itself is like a box, pictures make it look much bigger than it is. Lift would constantly get stuck in certain floors and does not help when you are claustrophobic. Roof of the room was covered in damp and also damaged furniture in the room. On the last night I actually got stuck in the bathroom as the lock jammed and had to use force to open the door. Lighting was also really bad in the room, constantly felt like I was in darkness. Disappointing stay would not do it again

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and liked it very well. However this time, we were disappointed. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. When we entered the room, the window was wide open and we did not notice the cigarette smell. However, during the evening and in the middle of the night, we had the impression of sleeping in an ash tray. By the time it started to bother us, the hotel staff had already gone. I'm not sure that we'll be staying here again, although the location is perfect (on the AP7 and near Barcelona) and gated parking is free (first come, first served).

Robotic hotel
Booking in was terrible and we were given a double bed and no bath. That being said, they changed room for a triple with a bath. Very impersonal at check in, had to go away and come back at exactly 1600 to check in to a computer!! If this is the future, you can keep it!

Free parking is very appealing. Automated registration was confusing. Room lacked coffee making facilities. There was a blood stain on bed sheet on my last night. Location is very convenice for motorway AP-7.

After 24 hours traveling from US, our hotel was no bigger than a stamp. No washcloths. Not cream rinse. In addition it cost approximately 100 Euros from the airport and approximately 100 to the dock for our cruise. No activities in the area just a grocery store and some fly ridden coffee shops. The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I would hire her but not the hotel.

Locale was good. Short walk to bus services and not terribly far from town center and train station. Pool was terrible. Very small and was filled with leaves, branches, and dead bugs for most of our 1 week stay. The first day we attempted to enjoy the pool we saw the filth. 3 days later we attempted again and it was still nasty. We submitted a maintenance ticket with front desk and the next day it was still disgusting. The rooms also were outdated in terms of electronics. The TV definitely older and there was no microwave. There was also no outlets bedside. The AC was finicky, and to make it worse, it also required the key card to be inserted into a main switch to be on meaning you couldn't keep the room cool upon return.

Great value and location for price.
Great location outside of Barcelona at a great price. Right off the highway but not noisy. Has secure underground parking for no fee. Clean and with supermarket nearby for extra needs.

The hotel was nice, but it wasn't in Barcelona like I was told. We had wak for 25 minutes to catch a 30 minute train to Barcelona. I am not happy with the travel agent.

The staff was great. The rooms were OK. The hotel is about 30 min train ride from Barcelona, and we asked for hotels in Barcelona do not recommend if you are looking to stay in Barcelona

Good for Montmelo circuit
The hotel gives you a clean ensuite room big enough for a couple of nights with fairly easy access to the circuit at Montmelo and Barcelona, with trains being excellent. We used the local bus and taxis called from the rank at Mollet SAN Fost station on arrival. There are a few bars & restaurants in walking distance, shops to get water etc. Could do with a bar open on an evening in the hotel but it is possible to survive a stay as there are local bars.

friendly staff, good sized room with air con, very clean. no kettle in the room though. also, although it states there is parking available, there is only a few places available in the underground park, the rest of the car parking is on the roads and nearby streets and even then, it's difficult to find parking

Its really comfortable and covers more than the basics. But its kind of hard to reach... They should may be offer a shuttle at least from the Airport to the Hotel or the city.

No basic facilities like electric kettle. Gave one small soap and one small shampoo which is not enough for 2 people. When I requested for more they refused. All stores closed as public holiday. No option to get toothpaste it tooth brush. Did not give complimentary and no option even for purchase. Far from city. Hotel was clean and well kept

The hotel is located in a really rough area of Barcelona, felt really unsafe at times, Jose the receptionist was really helpful, pool was out of use, air conditioning unit was broken, no kettle or drink facilities, wouldn’t recommend staying here sorry 😐

Not close to anything. No English tv on offer and no bar area. You will need a car to travel to eat as no restaurants close by and breakfast is very basic.

Would like to start off by saying that I’m usually not a person to leave bad reviews, but highly recommend to NOT book this hotel. Most of the elevators were not working. Everything looked like it was falling apart. The hotel smelled like cigarettes really bad, to the point where my husband could not sleep. I kept coughing due to the smell of cigaretttes. The heater was not working and it was freezing. Putting the heater actually made the cold air blow and the beds were not comfortable. The pictures looked so much nicer than what the hotel was. Also, this hotel was very far from Barcelona city. The train was about 20 mins walking, less by car/taxi. One night of our stay, we kept calling the front office because we needed assistance- it was around 23:30 [11:30 pm] and we had gotten off the train to go to the hotel. We called at least 5 times and no one answered- never called a hotel at that time in where they didn’t pick up. We were calling for assistance to be able to grab a taxi to be able to get to the hotel since our GPS was not working. The front desk never answered our call. We finally arrived at the hotel about an hour later. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Better off getting Air bnb.
