A very unique flat of 189 square meters right in the heart of Barcelona. It really is a true oasis in the middle of the city with its own terrace like a garden. Just 200m from la Rambla this is a unique location!
This luxury apartment offers all you can dream of starting from air conditioning, heated floors, bath tubs, tv areas and a separate wooden library. It was entirely refurbished by a French designer 4 years ago and mixes a classical look with a touch of modernity.

Wonderful stay

Aurelien is the ultimate host and his home is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautifully designed. Well worth the visit and if we ever come back to Barcelona we will stay here again!

Beyond Expectations

What a neat place to stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was a lovely flat, location was perfect, and would definitely stay here again!! The outdoor space was a cherry on top. The bakery right down the corner was a wonderful morning stop for a great coffee and delicious pastries and such. Thank you for opening your home to us, and being so accommodating and quick with communication.

This property was everything listed and more. 5 adults stayed comfortably. Great location. Great management. Beds were comfortable, bathroooms perfect. The terrace was a wonderful addition to enjoy peace and quiet 1st thing in morning, siesta time or after a long day. Highly recommend!!

Our first time to Barcelona...we spent time for work then for play! Our stay was the perfect location for all the sight seeing we had planned and restaurants we wanted to dine with. The apartment was much larger than expected and we felt very comfortable! Host was very accommodating!

What a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Look/feel is very hip although met all the needs for my young family. Very spacious and clean. Host went above and beyond after some travel hiccups we had no control over. A must stay!

Even better than we expected!

What a great flat in the heart of Barcelona! The location was fantastic. I have visited Barcelona several times for business and know this area pretty well. This is the place to stay! The flat is beautifully decorated and the outside area is such a great space! the kitchen is fully appointed and the flat has everything you need. Check in was easy and Aurelio was very prompt and helpful. We will stay here the next time we come. You will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing apartment

This is where you want to stay in Barcelona. The owner gutted the entire apartment and rebuilt it from the floor up. The amenities are endless. Fully stocked kitchen. All the bathrooms have heated floors. Huge bathtubs and showers with rain heads and hand held wands. Comfortable beds. Location is close to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. Shopping , site seeing, everything was easy access. Host was available and great communication.

Amazing week in the heart of El Ravel

This is an amazing apartment right in the middle of the wonderful El Ravel area, just 2 minutes walk from Las Ramblas, but much quieter. What a great apartment. 3 good sized double rooms, an excellently kitted out kitchen open plan to a living area, and a lovely rooftop terrace that we used a lot in mornings and evenings. Just one point is that a/c is in the living/kitchen area and then 2 in the loooong corridor that joins the bedrooms, not actually in the bedrooms themselves. It was 30+C when we were there, and in the main bedroom that has one of the a/cs in the corridor with no door in the way it was plenty cool enough, but for the other 2 bedrooms it was a bit warm at night if they kept the door to the corridor closed. But all bedrooms did have a good ceiling fan. This apartment also had a lot of charm, genuine wooden beam ceilings etc. and furnishings to suit. And it has a 'lived in' feel that we liked - it is a home, not a sterile ''holiday apartment'.

Spacious apartment with a gorgeous terrace greatly located

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious, had a beautiful and large terrace and was perfectly located to start all our activities (a stone's throw from La Rambla). All three bedrooms had windows and the master bedroom had two large French doors to the street which was lively but not noisy. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a super large window overlooking the lovely terrace. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights and didn't get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Two bathrooms were spacious and had both a shower and a bath and two sinks each (one was en suite to the master bed room). The third was more or less a guest toilet. It was a great mix of typical Barcelona flair and some new/modern elements (bathroom etc). The host had someone close to the apartment who let us in, explained everything, gave us a huge list of restaurant and bar recommendations, sent wifi details and so on via WhatsApp. He was very helpful and approachable. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer as we didn't fly back until late afternoon. Communication with the host was always easy, super friendly and he responded quickly. We had a great stay in this apartment and will be back, hopefully for longer.
