This apartment can fit up to 3 people and is ideal for those looking to live right on the Mediterranean with ample opportunities to enjoy living on the beach, including a boardwalk, surfing, ad relaxing. The area of the apartment is 55 m2. its in a building without elevator.

There’s a beautiful exterior balcony off the living room, allowing for natural light to shine through
One of the bedrooms has two twin beds while the master bedroom has two twin beds put together.
Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 140€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
