    Wonderful and modern apartment recently refurbished up for 6 guests in the cultural district of Barcelona; Poblesec.
    The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with single beds that can be moved closer or separated, a bathroom with shower and a very bright living room with sofa bed and plasma TV. It also has a very spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped with TV, dishwasher, table for 6 people, and has access to a balcony with dryer and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-fi and also has a safe and elevator.

The apartment advertised a washer & dryer, neither of which worked. The service used by Sh for international payment was a nightmare. The furniture was ratty and the couch pull out beds were broken and non functional. Our host insisted, reasonably, for an arrival time, and was .5 late, leaving us in the sun for .5 hours after our international flight. On a positive note, the apartment was clean , the beds were comfortable & the apartment is close to the Metro. The location was good. 2 nice coffee shops down the street. It was OK but I would not do business with Sh again.
