This cosy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located just 30 metres from one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in history, in a area brimming with local life, shops, and dining options.

The space:
The apartment is very well-maintained and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms: the first (the outer one) is a double room with a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. The living room is bright, with a spacious sofa, TV, dining area with an open kitchen fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and a small French balcony facing the street. It also features a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.

Guest access:
The apartment is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, towels, bedding, shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning with heating and cooling, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils.
