Quiet and comfortable flat next to Plaça d'Espanya in Barcelona. It is an ideal apartment for visitors & professionals of La Fira de Barcelona (just 1 minute walking from La Fira).

The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV. Nice Apartment in Convenient Spot

Easy access to Metro and buses. Food markets just steps away. Neighbors were very friendly. Great for singles, young couples, etc. The bathroom is off the back of the kitchen overlooking the rear alley. I’ve seen this before in Barcelona so it doesn’t surprise me like it might for some.I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment in busy neighbourhood

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for three people. It is located on a quiet street yet is only a couple minutes walking to busy boulevards with tons of shops and restaurants/bars. Metro is only 5 minutes away too which is a big plus. The apartment has cookware and dishes/cutlery but no basics like cooking oil. Luckily there is a small supermarket right across the street and two others with a couple blocks. Staying here was a great experience and I would happily stay again on the next visit.

Location is great and the app to unlock building & apartment doors is EXCELLENT. Apartment furnishings need upgrade, deep cleaning or replacement: - The finish on coffee table and dining table is bubbling or starting to peel. - Living room sofa bed needs to be deep cleaned or reupholstered (fabric dingy). - You can’t open bedroom wardrobe doors fully so the bottom drawers are unusable. - There are very few glasses or dishes in the apartment. - Toilet room is minuscule. Close the door and you hit your knees. - Shower room door cannot close because the wood frame has swollen at the bottom corners. If you’re not spending much time in the apartment, it will do…

Muchas ventajas pero algunos inconvenientes

Muy bien situado y el departamento contiene todo lo que se necesita y es bastante amplio. Hubiera podido ser limpiado mas en profundidad antes de nuestra llegada. Habíamos dicho que empujaríamos la cama hacia la pared porque tenemos un bebé. Pero al hacer eso, al rededor y debajo de la cama estaba muy muy sucio. En el baño no hay luz (supongo que basta con cambiar el foco). Y la puerta de la ducha no cierra.

gute Lage, einfacher Komfort

Die gesamte Abwicklung der Buchung und Kommunikation rund um alle Themen zur Wohnung waren sehr gut! Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen überall hinzukommen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen groß genug und hat im Prinzip alles, was man braucht. Ausnahmen s. Verbesserungsvorschläge. Die Wohnung (Boden und Badezimmer) war nicht besonders sauber, als wir angekommen sind, aber noch ok. Es gab keinen Topf zum Kochen und keine Geschirrhandtücher zum Abtrocknen. Leider fehlte auch eine Glühbirne in einer Lampe, sodass man kein gemütliches Licht anmachen konnte. Die Kaffeemaschine ist verbogen, sodass man sie nich benutzen konnte. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war teilweise nicht sauber.

Cosy and cost effective appartment

This was a cosy and basic apartment. It had all we needed for the few days. Great location (close to sights and metro). Great coffee at cafe Palmer nearby. Good service for the key drop off and appartment was clean. In summary it’s a good low cost option.

Great location, and some good facilities but has a few quirks

The apartment is really well located to visit Barcelona, and if you are attending an event at the Fira its just around the corner. The apartment would be fine for a couple, but not more, unless its small kids. The furniture and fittings are fine, but the layout is a little strange. I think toilet and shower are on what used to be a rear balcony, now enclosed. so the toilet is directly beside the kitchen and there is no real door between them, and the bedroom window opens onto the passage between shower and toilet. Like I said its fine for a solo or couple. The wifi is fast when it works reliably, which is usually the evening. Expect some noise from dogs in next door apartment, and upstairs percussionist. But I guess its to be expected in close apartment living
