Room was much different then the one booked and on picture (but didn't complained cause that was short stay). First night I was freezing, no heating whatsover, next day after hearing other guests complaining, realized only if you ask, they can control heating from reception (shouldn't ask, it was one of the coldest weeks in year), so second night that was sorted. No internet in room, and no signal for my roaming data inside the room (fine outside of hostel) , only internet downstairs at PC (not iPhone), at high fees, once again not free. Shower unpleasant (head fixed), TV only once channel (no remote) and when asked one of the lady on reception to get hot water (needed to buy it) to make myself coffee in room, she looked at me like asked for I don't know what, her customer services skills were zero, not willing to do not just extra but just nothing for customer. Wasn't the best experience at all, but only because I stayed 2 nights, I stayed quiet, otherwise would definitely look elsewhere. It done the job, but just. Clean, great location but not good experience in all.
But one light and bright thing which made me feel happy was other receptionist, called Lola. She is amazing, fantastic spirit, helpfull, friendly and just great person. For her anything what I asked (and that was preety much to heat cup of water) was completely different - yes, no problem smile. Thanks Lola!
