Two of the other bedrooms are double bedrooms, one furnished with a medium size bed and the other one with two singles.
A third full bathroom with a shower bathtub is conveniently shared among the occupants.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, as well as a complete set of plates, glasses, and utensils.
The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, dining table, small side table, TV, TV furniture, and tasteful decorations. The highlight of this residence is the private terrace, featuring a table with chairs and breathtaking sea and city views.
This Penthouse offers a harmonious blend of functionality and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Guest access Exclusive access to the apartment is granted solely to registered guests. The utilization of communal areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Parking access must be arranged prior to arrival. Other things to note Kindly note that this property is an exclusive and self-contained unit situated in the most prestigious residential building in the area.
Guidelines are in place to maintain a tranquil environment, including the Strict Prohibition of:
1) Parties.
2) Noise after 22:00.
3) Smoking within the apartment (cigarettes permitted solely on the terrace).
4) Smoking of any substances, including weed and shisha, both within the apartment and on the terrace.
5) Having pets inside.
6) The use of communal areas within the building. Swimming pools can be used with prior notice to the Host.
7) Bringing unauthorized visitors. All guests must be registered during the check-in process with their passport details, even if they arrive later, whether on the same day or several days after the initial guests' arrival.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate removal of guests from the apartment, with no refund of the amount paid for the entire stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.
