New apartment in excellent location and excellent communication. Bright apartment for 4 people in front of the old arenas of Plaza España.
With air conditioning and central heating. All exterior and bright. Overlooking the monumental Las Arenas Shopping Center and next to Plaza España. Access to any form of transport possible (Metro, Bus and Bicing).
It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with comfortable sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The metro station Plaza Espanya is a few minutes walking (L1, L3).

The apartment served its purpose. We had a family of 4, so needed a little more space. The apartment is nothing fancy, pretty dated with lots of wear and tear. The communication from the rental company was difficult at times, as they were not the best to respond. However, check in was very simple, an agent met us right out the building. The location of this apartment was great, but it was very noisy at ALL hours of the night.

Apartment is nice. location and comfort ok. only issue was access to maintenance. No hot water to shower for almost two days before someone came to fix. window shutter not fixed during our whole stay. Support number answered calls but then nobody to execute (apartments are handled not by host but by a company).
