Living & Dining
A sunlit open-plan living area featuring a direct exit to the balcony, a flat-screen Smart TV (with DVD player), a comfortable double sofa bed, and a full dining table that seats up to six people.
Bedrooms: Two quiet double bedrooms, each equipped with premium mattress toppers, viscolatex pillows, and large built-in closets. The primary bedroom has direct access to a private balcony overlooking Riera Blanca street.
Kitchen: A fully equipped open kitchen fitted with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and kettle.
Bathroom: A clean, spacious bathroom configured with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub for maximum comfort.

Situated on the edge of the safe, residential Sants-Montjuïc district, you are perfectly placed to explore Barcelona with ease.
Only a 3-minute walk (350 meters) to the Santa Eulàlia Metro Station (Line 1), giving you a direct, fast connection straight to Plaça Catalunya and the historic heart of the city.
Football fans and culture lovers will enjoy being within walking distance of the Spotify Camp Nou stadium, with easy transit links to Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc's cultural landmarks.

Check-In: Online guest registration and city tourist tax payment are required prior to arrival to activate your digital keys.

Please note that the payments and registration should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties allowed.
Check out: at 11 am. Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout, and remove the trash.
Note: There are ongoing construction works in the adjacent building.

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
