We stayed in April and they were still on winter and had not switched the a/c from heat and the rooms were a little warm but we loved the hotel!

Loved it here! Right on La Rambla which is close to the train and walking distance to gothic quarter and a El Mercado Boqueria. Do not eat at any of the restaurants on La Rambla though! Tourist trap and rip off, but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. Our room had a beautiful rooftop terrace, although I don’t think they all do so if you want that make sure to specify. The staff was sweet and free breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is simple & very clean. the breakfast was very good with a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful and were always available when we had questions or concerns. it is central to both shopping and entertainment. A good place to stay at an affordable price.

We loved it here. It was in a perfect location so close to so many things. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and they came in everyday and made beds cleaned bathrooms ect. The continental breakfast had everything we wanted for breakfast.

It is conveniently located. It can be a little bit noisy, make sure to get your room in the back of the hotel. Great customer service. Great experience

Stayed two nights Nov 2023. Only about two short blocks from the Liceu Metro Station, it is easy to find the Ramblas Hotel at 33 Ramblas. No wait to check in, took them a minute or so to find me, but it got better from there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast started a little later than I’m used to, 8:30am, but was good and well stocked. Room was a bit dated for the price, but the location adds real value. There is shopping, and easy access to Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the Magic Fountain and the National Museum of Catalonia. Walk to the foot of Las Ramblas past Christopher Columbus is the Maremagnum Shopping Center. Excellent location if you are joining a cruise as I did. Will return and May book a terrace room next.

Fabulous stay, room, view, and private terrace.
The female attendant greeted us at 6 am, provided a comfortable place to sit after an all night flight, and by 8:00am, she got us a room for which we were very grateful. A nice room, we slept comfortably. The private terrace showcased the beautiful Barcelona skyline. Breakfast the following morning was very nice, fabulous baked bread. The location was ideal, just walked out of the hotel door and crossed the narrow street tomLas Ramblas. Barcelona is not to be missed. HSL, RDL, Canada.🇨🇦

Great location. Would recommend a higher floor as the Metro can be heard. Lots of food options available. Breakfast was good (continental style, not hot dishes). Would stay here again

Hotel Las Ramblas
Our check in was done by a rude gentleman who expected us to leave our luggage and valuables in a room where there was unlimited and unsupervised access by all guests. The lockers to lick up valuables did not work and when the gentleman at the front desk was advised of this he did nothing g to assist guests and insisted the worked without investigating the problem. Our room was street facing and therefore extremely noisy until 4:00 am in the morning. The bed was small and uncomfortable with very small flat pillows. Furniture in the room was worn and some knobs fell off. TV did not work. All in all don't bother booking here. Very disappointed in our stay. Will never stay here again.

Very convenient, lots of hot water, nice deep tub , nice room and bathroom. We were there in October and temperatures were great and room ok, but I think summer it would be hot since AC barely worked. Nice breakfast. My only complaint was the thin mattress. R & L

Great location but, dark & dingy very dated décor. Night club right next door and Irish bar 3 doors down, also the metro running under rattling the windows all night. Did not have a good night sleep on either night.

This hotel is very basic, but in a perfect location and offering a good breakfast. My husband and I booked a room with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were unhelpful and rude. Especially when we checked in with Lisa, she was very rude and really uncooperative.

Excellent city hotel
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is right on La Rambla. Rooms at the back are very quiet while on the front have the 'buzz' of a busy city. When I have stayed closing the windows stops the noise The rooms with a terrace have fantastic views. I suggest taking binoculars The breakfast has plenty of choice but it is a European city so no cooked breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice Is a must try This hotel is always my first choice

I liked the breakfast, the proximity of the hotel to nearby attractions and to the subway line at Liceu. The rooms were cleaned daily. The downside was that from my room I could hear the laundry machines which woke me up and there were some occasionally loud guests. If you are leaving early and want them to prepare a breakfast for you, you have to let them know by noon the preceding day. The rooms would be improved if there was a place to hang clothes to dry, and an iron to press them.

My stay at this hotel room was a complete disappointment. The room had a water leak, and the ceiling felt unsafe due to it. The AC wasn’t working, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, my key cards kept getting demagnetized every 24 hours, causing unnecessary inconveniences. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Well located in regards of shopping and dining. Breakfast was included, so that’s a plus. Clean rooms, however, the towels and the beds need replacement ASAP. Only one electrical outlet in the room , the other one in the bathroom. A midnight club next door plus the never ending flow of people in the Ramblas made it for some noise all night long and the consequent dirty streets. Price wise the hotel has fair rates. Overall, I’d be staying back.
