    Features 2 bedrooms for 3 people and 2 inflatable mattresses for additional 3 people , full AC & heating, and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cookware & wine glasses. Dining table for 4, laundry area with washer/dryer. Two full bathrooms with towels & toiletries. Cozy sofa, large TV. Grocery shops nearby.

    Bus stop right next to the entrance.

WARNING non return of hefty deposit! The place was well located and reasonably comfortable. A number of little niggles which could be overlooked however the hosts took a €500 deposit from my account (too much considering the quality of the apartment) and then 3 weeks on have not returned the deposit and are refusing to communicate with me.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. We really liked the combination of old and new in the apartment. Everything was clean and working. It's also very convenient to have two bathrooms and two toilets. We also had no issues with any neighbours, as we tried our best to be quiet. And the cherry on top was to be so close to Sagrada Famiglia and to see it multiple times a day during our stay.

The house was pretty poor value for the asking price, but the real problem is that they ask for a 500 security deposit and don’t give it back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else getting ripped off like we did.

A spacious and well appointed apartment in a lively neighbourhood in the Sagrada Familia area. People live here; it isn't just a tourist mecca.The host was warm and responsive to questions. We would definitely choose this unit again when we.return to Barcelona.
