This impressive apartment in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 3 people. The apartment is 55m². Recommended apartment for families, not youth groups. The house is located in the city centre. It has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning, 1 Television. Independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Public transport is at street level and the metro is a few minutes from the apartment.
The neighbourhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop directly connects with the train station and the airport.
The city centre, Plaça Catalunya, is 20 minutes walking, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. It will surprise you.
This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is popular among young people for its multicultural atmosphere. A popular, multicultural and working-class neighbourhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and a varied culture. In addition to industrial activity, being located behind the Paral·lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with the world of entertainment. Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.
- Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
