Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table overlooking the sea . 3 Complete marble bathrooms (two bathrooms with bathtubs and one with shower). 5 Double bedrooms: one en-suite with large double bed, four with two individual beds that can be prepared as one large bed. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Storage area (11m2) for bikes, suitcases, beach gear, etc. Large hall entrance. Swimming pool (for adults and for children) - Only open during Summer period. Leisure recreation and play area for children. Security guard 24 hours a day. Car parking spaces off premises. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Crib and high chair available upon request and availability.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Arrival between 00:00 and 05:00 is subject to 60 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, going directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
