Organise your central telephone communication. Had to ring for the building door code and gave the wrong code. Told me someone would meet us to gain access to the building afterwards corrected that information. Rang to tell the driver was waiting in the arrivals for a taxi we never reserved. First impressions of your company was not good but accommodation saved the trip and the team in the local office.
