1. 廁所洗臉盆和淋浴間排水很慢，誰用太多可能會溢出導致淹水。 2. 隔音非常差，你可以聽到隔壁的、樓上樓下的談話聲言，不過幸好深夜鄰居都不會吵鬧，睡眠品質還可以。 3. 沒有提供足夠的備品，屋主說提供的2份小瓶的洗髮乳和沐浴乳只是基於禮貌供應，用完要自己買，這些備品包括廁所衛生紙、洗碗精、和垃圾袋，請節省使用，要不然用剩的也只能送給之後的人使用了。對了，房內有洗衣機，但也不提供洗衣劑。 4. 每次進出都需要用提供的網頁連結開鎖出入，有點不方便 5. 入住前需要另外提供一堆資料，並依此簽訂合約，而且需要每位住客的資訊，線上辦理的流程需要耗費你1-2個小時 6.房間非常的小，大型行李箱無法完全打開
