1. Establishment without overcrowding: we only have 2 totally independent apartments.

2. Totally personalized Check-In process: the process is carried out inside the apartment to be occupied, not at reception.

3. There are no common spaces inside the building, such as the breakfast area or reading rooms.

4. Implementation of a new cleaning and disinfection protocol adapted to the new situation.


Masia Can Calet is a family house located in the centre of the town of LES FRANQUESES DEL VALLÈS (35 kms from Barcelona city center).
At home, you will find peacefulness, comfort and proximity to your work or leisure points of interest in a friendly atmosphere . It is our will to make you feel at home.
We offer an apartment on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse built in 1840. The apartment has its independent access with a private outdoor PATIO. The property has a total of 2,000 sqm including private parking, organic garden and outdoor garden.
Its excellent location allows fast and easy access to the major points of interest: GRANOLLERS and LES FRANQUESES Industrial Parks, BARCELONA CITY CENTER (30 minutes train), speed circuit of CATALUNYA (8 kms), LA ROCA VILLAGE OUTLET SHOPPING (8 kms), Mataró BEACH (20 kms) or various GOLF courses (10 minutes). There are 2 train stations close to the house (10 minutes walking). The distance to Barcelona center is 30 minutes. One of the lines has direct connection to the airport.

Incredible property
Everything about Davids property was incredible. The outside is beautiful and reminiscent of old spain but the inside is modern and just as beautiful. All the updates david has made make for a cozy stay. The first thing he did was show us a map of everything near by and what we could accomplish on our short stay. Where to eat sites to see. All very manageable within walking distance. The area is quiet and private. We were more then satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning on our next visit!

Fantastic accommodation
An excellent property that matched the description perfectly. The quality of accommodation was fantastic. Daniel and his family have completed a beautiful restoration of this gorgeous old farmhouse to provide stylish and comfortable accommodation for their guests. The beds were comfortable and the while apartment was spotless. Daniel was an amazing host and shared his knowledge of the local area and places of interest to visit making it very easy for us. Barcelona on the train was quick and cheap - 21.75 euros for a family of 4 return. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would visit here again. Thank you Daniel you were brilliant.

Fabulous place, and host Daniel
First time at this beautiful property, it is a stunning building restored to an amazing standard by Daniel who was so helpful with things to do and best way to get about. On a practical note it is very clean and beautifully furnished, a comfortable and relaxing place. It was quick and easy to get into Barcelona and a great price compared to living in the centre. I highly recommend staying at this property, you will be delighted with the property and the warm welcome. I will not hesitate to rebook when I next travel to the area, it really did make our stay special. Michelle.

Top notch owner, location and apartment.
After driving through the gate over the pebbled driveway it was certain no better place could have been found. The owner greeted us offering guidance to train schedules, places to eat and beaches. The beaches he advised were some of the most beautiful I've seen in Spain. Nearby is an outlet mall with every designer brand at prices that without the VAT repaid were still better than prices I would pay for LaCoste shirts in the U.S. If you want to be close to Barcelona but want to be out of the hustle and bustle on your terms this is the place to stay.
