The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a safe box, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The property itself was not only spotless, but charming. And much larger than we expected, The beds really comfortable. The location super. Lots of nearby good restaurants. Junior was the only family member we met - and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were delighted with everything about our stay here, Highly, highly recommend!

Apartment manager Junior was very friendly and helpful. Offered to store our bags proir to check-in time and actually got us in the apt. half an hour early. Recommend some places to eat nearby, and arranged a nice van to take us to the airport when we checked out.Thanks Junior!

Perfect location

Great location and walkable to many restaurants and sights. Property manager was very accommodating for luggage storage before check in which was really appreciated. Apartment was a good size for 2 couples and great for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, washer/dryer and safe were great features

Pre Cruise in Barcelona

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and perfect for four people. Great area of Barcelona with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and convenience stores. Very short walk to La Rambla, the zoo and Ciutadella Park. Management was responsive and very helpful. Junior was awesome!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

Perfect size and location

We are two couples who have traveled together many times. This Barcelona apartment was perfect for us in terms of size and location. We were allowed to check in early and to leave our luggage in the unit a bit late which was a tremendous help.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Junior was very helpful and we were able to store our luggage until check in time. He also reserved a taxi for us at check out. Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend staying here !

Exemplary Eixample

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is as described being spacious, bright, and well positioned in the city for walking to the sites as well as taking the metro. We appreciated the help in storing our bags early. We loved having a cafe and very at our doorstep and the elevator in the building. Thank you so much to BCN apartments and we hope to visit again.

A representative met us upon arrival, escorted us via the elevator to the apartment, gave us the keys, answered questions about the area, and stated that management was available to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. We took advantage of this service several times. Their help was timely and beneficial. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great including a nearby convenience store and excellent restaurant.

Absolutely FABULOUS

What a stunning place to stay in the most central part of the city. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and welcoming and the 4 of us had the most fabulous time. The renal company was there to greet us and took their time to give us recommendations. Coffee pods were provided as well as a nice bottle of cold water in the fridge. The place also has a washing machine and dryer which was a bonus and a hairdryer in each bathroom.....simple things that were very much appreciated. Everything is walkable (extremely safe) and there are cafe's & restaurants right outside the door. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay there. Enjoy

Great experience!

The communication and check in process was great. The managment team is onsite Mon - Fri so that was convenient. The apartment itself was great. Huge living area with nice furniture. The large bedroom has a lot of strorage for clothes and the bed is super comfortable. The twin bed room was a little smaller but our kids left their luggage in the entry way. The A/C worked great. 1 unit in the living room and one in the twin bed room. The washer and dryer was also handy. The neighborhood is convenient to most areas to walk but cabs are easily accessible one street over. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Quiet, spacious, clean apartment in convenient location

The apartment is situated in a building with other apartments and managed by an office in the building. We had good communication with the people in the office prior to our arrival via WhatsApp and we were immediately buzzed in when we arrived, with a staff member greeting us. She escorted us to our apartment and spent quite a while explaining logistics tp us, including locations of nearby Metro stops. She also gave us an informative booklet with things to do, restaurants, and what to do in case of a medical emergency. She was very helpful and thorough, including how to reach her during the day (WhatsApp) and phone numbers in case of medical emergencies.During our stay, we had a few questions and were able to reach her immediately via WhatsApp.The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished. It’s only a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket, and a 30-45 minute walk to major sights, such as the Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, the El Born district, Rambla shopping street, Casa Batllo, and the harbor area. A metro stop is close. Although on a major street, it was quiet in the apartment.We were very pleased with the apartment, the location, and the assistance received from the staff in the office..

Absolutely loved this large apartment

I wish we had been able to stay longer! This place was even better than in the ad. It was so large and spacious. Three small balconies, large master suite with a great bathroom. Tons of storage too — lots of shelves and cupboards to store things. The kitchen wasn’t huge, but larger than others we’ve seen in the area, with all the dishes and utensils you could want, plus a dishwasher. The hosts had nice touches such as cold water in the fridge, and ice and an ice pack in the freezer. Both bathrooms were very very nice with shampoo and body wash supplied. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer! Area: The neighbourhood was nice and safe and easy to navigate. The metro/train station was a short walk away near the Arc de Triomf. In fact there were 3 stations nearby. The unit had a great little whiskey bar right outside on the street too. It was a very quiet street; no noise to wake us up. To conclude, we will definitely recommend this place to family and friends who may travel to Barcelona!
