We had to wait 2 hours to get in because we couldn’t figure out the virtual key and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Upon leaving we had asked to store our luggage for a couple of hours but nobody was there. Otherwise they did accommodate our requests and added the extra night.

Excellent location. Short walk away from the beach. Lots of shops close by. The apartment is very modern, with lots of space and all the amenities that you will need. I would highly recommend it.

Huoneisto oli oikein siisti, ja pidempää majoitusta ajatellen uudet kodinkoneet olivat luksusta. Hämmennystä aiheuttivat nettisivuilla mainostettu kattoterassi uima-altaalla - johon emme löytäneet, ja lisäksi ohjekirjassa kehotettu omatoiminen täydellinen loppusiivous, vaikka 50e loppusiivousmaksu oli jo check innissä etukäteen pyydetty suorittamaan. Muutoin kaikinpuolin viihtyisä huoneisto ja rauhallinen sijainti.

Ylimääräiset kustannukset

Hyvätasoinen huone ihan OK paikalla. Ainoa selkeä negatiivinen asia on huoneeseen liittyvät ylimääräiset kustannukset. City tax on ihan ok vaikka tuee päälle mutta miten voidaan markkinoida huonetta yhdellä hinnalla ja sitten tuleekin 50e pakollisia siivouskuluja päälle. Tuollaiset kulut pitää kuulua huoneen hintaan!! Jos tuo on keino saada lisää asiakkaita niin minusta hotelli huijaa pahemman kerran. Lisäksi varautukaa "takuumaksuun" joka palautetaan ?

The property owner gave this to be managed to an outside company that did a very poor job. We could not get into the property, the was not enough basic amenities (toilet paper!) and we were basically on our own... Avoid the outside company "Urban District"

Nice stay, be aware of T&Cs

Really nice apartment. I just didn't pay attention to the small letters when booking and wasn't expecting the cleaning extra charge and the early check out (10:30), I was used to the standard noon check out and couldn't make the best of our last morning in Barcelona because of that, they were not able to give me a late check out. The area is nice, the beach is only 10 min walking.

Nice Spacious & Modern Flat Near the Beach

We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect home-base. The neighbourhood has everything: the beach, a nice pedestrian street with shops, restaurants and amenities, as well as a nearby metro station. The hosts were lovely and made sure that the checkin was smooth and that we had everything we needed. Also the rooftop pool is great with a view of the nearby skyline and ocean.
