It is only steps from from the Palau de la Música and just some stops to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. Stroll 5 minutes the other way, and you’ll arrive at the Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, and the Las Ramblas pedestrian mall. The Urquinaona metro station is just outside (1 min), as are several bus stops.

In a refurbished 1875 building, our local interior designer has created a splendid, modern haven. Two lush bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. Bold colors and patterns fill the space, and full-length windows let in the Mediterranean sunlight. Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, high-end toiletries, hotel beds and linens, and a Nespresso machine.

the electricity run out more than5times. the doors and windows need to be fixed because the are not a tight seal and tge heat is runnig out. but the hole stay was wonderful. the appartment is in the center of the city with fast access to all that needs to be seen. the cleaning was super. we hat hot water and radiators to compensate the cold from outside. very nice for the family and are going to book with you again in another city for sure these year. we enjoyed every minut and we are very happy. thank you

Great location, but not quite as advertised

The property is in a great spot. The pictures oversell the condition of the property as it is a little more tired, smaller and not as clean as we hoped. Everything was fine, but there were some issues (very slow drain) and the keys!!! They use an electronic lock system that they failed to inform part of the group does not always work. One of our group had a work meeting to attend and could not get access. He was on hold with the property manager for over 20 minutes (long distance roaming) because they were also slow to answer text messages. Although he was at the apartment building 40 minutes before his meeting, it took about an hour to get into the apartment as he had to run to the manager's office to get a physical key. When he finally got into the apartment, the power was off. The power went off multiple times and we had to flip the breaker. Needless to say, the property could use some work.

Great location. Close to several tourist attractions. Checking in was a bit problematic. It would've helped to have someone in person. The instructions were not straight forward.
