Clean, comfortable and a great location

Our family of 5 (kids 9,14,18) stayed at BCN apartment for 1 night travelling through Barcelona, and had a great time. The apartment was very clean, comfortable for all of us to spread out and had everything we needed. The bonus pool on the patio was great for the kids to jump in and relax after a hot day of travelling and sightseeing. We walked to Casa Batlló, went for gelato and did a little shopping nearby. The checkin process was easy and the staff were quick to reply with questions. The staff that made the sofa bed and brought a little welcome gift were friendly and wonderful as well. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent Stay in Barcelona

The place is as described in the Gracia neighborhood. The place is quiet at night. We had proactive communication with the owners and local neighborhood restaurant recommendations. Easy access to the metro. Great amenities like dishwashing soap and body soap and shampoo. Even a little treat upon arrival! I would stay here again.

Great little apartment in excellent location!

This is in the Gracia neighborhood, right where we wanted to stay to be near our daughter who is living there. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for 3 of us for a week. It is small but is everything we needed! With a balcony overlooking the busy street below, it was perfect to watch the morning activities with coffee. Bedrooms were in the back, so any noise from the street was not heard. Our trip was the first week of November, so weather was not perfect for the pool, but I did spend one afternoon in the quiet courtyard, reading by the pool - a very nice amenity! Communication was easy and quick, and hosts were very accommodating! Very eager to help when asked and to make our stay enjoyable. There is a metro station right outside the door for convenient travel. The location is on a busy street, so taxi and bolt are very easy to find. It is just next to an active plaza, where locals gather to sit on park benches, play with their dogs and play ping pong! Close to stores and shopping. Again, despite the location on the busy street, the noise was not an issue. Would highly recommend if the Gracia neighborhood is your destination!
