Holiday Home 'Annette' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Villa Annette is een sfeervolle en comfortabele vakantievilla in het Provençaalse achterland van de Var, net buiten het authentieke dorp Bargemon. De villa ligt op circa 450 meter hoogte en biedt veel rust, privacy en ruimte. Met 120 m², vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers is er plaats voor maximaal acht personen.



    Het Zuid-Franse leven speelt zich vooral buiten af. Centraal ligt het royale privé zoutwaterzwembad van 5 x 10 meter, met poolbar en buitendouche. Rondom liggen verschillende terrassen en een ruime, in niveaus aangelegde tuin met mooie uitzichten. Het zwembad is omheind en voorzien van een kinderslot. Voor jonge kinderen is er bovendien een eigen speeltuin met schommels, speelhuisje en glijbaan. Er is ook een barbecue beschikbaar en strandlakens liggen klaar.



    Het hoofdgebouw heeft een ruime woonkamer met zithoek, open haard, eethoek, airconditioning en toegang tot meerdere terrassen. De sfeervolle Provençaalse keuken is volledig ingericht, inclusief Nespresso-apparaat. Er zijn drie slaapkamers: twee tweepersoonskamers en een kamer met een driepersoons stapelbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers, één met ligbad en één met douche. Wifi en televisie zijn aanwezig. Een wasmachine en droger zijn eveneens beschikbaar.



    Naast de villa ligt de vrijstaande Annex voor twee personen, met tweepersoonsbed, eigen badkamer, apart toilet, airconditioning en koelkast. De openslaande deuren leiden naar een privéterras met prachtig uitzicht over Bargemon en de bergen.



    Villa Annette is bijzonder geschikt voor gezinnen. Kinderstoelen en campingbedjes zijn beschikbaar, en er is speelgoed en leesmateriaal voor kinderen. Het huis is zoveel mogelijk hypoallergeen ingericht. Roken binnen en huisdieren zijn niet gewenst. Feesten en evenementen zijn niet toegestaan.



    Bargemon is te voet in circa 20 minuten en per auto in 5-10 minuten bereikbaar. De villa is het best bereikbaar per auto. In de omgeving zijn sfeervolle Provençaalse markten, wijnproeverijen, wandel- en fietsroutes en diverse golfbanen. Ook de Gorges du Verdon en het Lac de Sainte-Croix zijn uitstekend bereikbaar. De stranden van Fréjus en Saint-Raphaël liggen op circa 40 minuten rijden, evenals Cannes. Draguignan ligt op 20 minuten en Nice en Grasse op ongeveer een uur.



    Zo combineert Villa Annette de rust en charme van de Provence met de Côte d'Azur binnen handbereik.
