"Such a beautiful stay, very clean & staff were amazing. The mood is nostalgic and so calming, especially sitting by the fire. Highly recommend for a winter stay. "

"Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star hotel without help with our bags up the stair. Service not to that standard of a five star. We ended having breakfast in Bowral. They offered us the Lounge to have breakfast However, this was not suitable because of the low tables. Their excuse was that they had a very large booking (a wedding)"

"We had such a wonderful stay. The place is incredibly well-maintained and everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The animals were an absolute highlight, so friendly and gentle. The host were equally welcoming and very responsive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.It’s the perfect place to relax and switch off while still being conveniently close to Sydney and surrounded by lovely towns and great places to explore nearby. We would 100% recommend this stay for a getaway with friends or families with little ones. A perfect escape that we would happily return to again!"

"Yurt was a terrific stay ... clean, comfy beds with air cond, oil heater and kitchenette. Quiet neighbourhood and yurt is well separated from host house and neighbours. Colin was great communicator, friendly and helpful. Our only regret was as we attended a wedding we didnt get a chance to admire the magic gardens that surround the yurt... next time! It must look spectacular in spring. An interesting and eclectic stay with moden bathroom including heated towel racks ..... Highly recommended"
