"The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the beach. The pool area is lovely and there were always enough loungers. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The waiting and pool staff were lovely, very polite and attentive. However, I had a major problem with our room. It was absolutely ghastly. It was a superior partial sea view category, but there was nothing superior about it. For a start the air conditioning did not work. We reported to reception but nothing was done about.
