For a budget motel in a remote town to charge rates comparable to a 5-star hotel in Perth, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. • Unreasonable Extra Charges: The owner charged an additional $50 per night, per child, despite the fact that our children did not consume extra resources or add any cost to the room. This felt like a blatant overcharge, especially given the base rate was already quite steep. • Significant Noise Issues: The motel is located right next to a main road and a roundabout. The noise at night is constant and incredibly annoying; every time a ute or car passes by and speeds up, it echoes through the room, making it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. • Poor Wi-Fi: The internet speed is extremely slow. It was impossible to stream video or handle basic tasks, which is unacceptable in this price bracket."
