"not many activities, definitely think more should be added. just sat in the lazy river mostly. staff was very friendly. stayed on a very chill day during the day so not many people, however the family next door did not have control of their children (7 kids, yes 7 i know crazy). which i don’t understand why bring your kids someplace if you can’t control them? i’m talking absolute screaming for a few hrs. but anyhow no one’s fault but theirs. overall nice stay just wish there was more to do. would’ve loved a wave pool."

"We were greated by pleasant staff, they were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt very safe, the breakfast area looked good. We went swimming and the pool area was clean and nice, not even to busy for spring break. We went out to dinner and back to our room. We were greated to a bug in the sink and we started packing up to ask to be moved to a different room, when we saw two more crawling on the walls. We cleared out our things, went to the desk with dead bugs and we were told nothing could be done because a manager wasn't on duty. We left at 11:45pm to drive three hours home. It has been nearly a week and the manager still hasn't responded. The room was very clean and there were no other issues, however the lack of concern or contact is rude. Plus no matter how clean it was just gross"

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for kids, but not for senior citizens."

"Front Desk person was very friendly and efficient. Got us checked in early. Room was clean and maintained. Comfortable beds! TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. Thank you. "
