"Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. "

"The construction workers pretty much wiped the breakfast out. I reserved a room with a jetted tub but didn’t get it. It is within walking distance of chili’s and outback steak house."

"One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. "

"From the minute we walked in to this home, we knew we had chosen the right place! Everything was just as described in the advertisement and even better than we were expecting! This is a beautifully decorated home that provided every comfort and luxury you can imagine. This gracious host has thought of every detail, including soft bath towels, and extremely comfortable bedsheets. We particularly loved the gourmet kitchen, the comfortable beds, the high-pressure shower heads in the bathrooms, and the comfortable living room furniture and outdoor patio, where we would relax in the evenings. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located to most all the popular attractions in the area. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and wish I could give it 10 stars!"
